Fabric Cover:

Fabric covers can be polyester fabric cover with stretch (#11 - blue color, #12 - green color) or polyester fabric cover without stretch (#18 - blue color) for standard temperture resistance. But for high temperature resistance, we recommend aramid fabric cover (#20 - white color, without stretch).

The composition is polyester, mainly used in ironing table and press ironing machine. It has the function of cushioning and shock absorption, good moisture removal and air permeability.

Open cell silicone sponge is the most important part for ironing table and pressing machine. It keeps your machine surface dry and clean, which helps your machine works longer.

Perforated Silicone Foam Pad:

Our perforated silicone foam pad can endure very high temperature and with excellent breathing.It's mainly used on garment press machine, ironing table; filter and shock-proof industry and so on.

Layer 2: PE-W-1 Felt

Layer 3: DH-20 Blue Foam (6mm or 10mm)
